PISTON RINGS
Piston Rings are individually cast and close material control ensures high tensile strength, resistance to wear and scuffing and to collapse at operating temperatures. Each ring is double turned and ground to maximum accuracy for smoother performance and low fuel consumption.

Aluminium Alloy pistons are manufactured in new alloy of exceptional wear resistance and strength at working temperatures. The high conductivity of this material promotes cool running and the light but robust design ensures sufficient operation over extended periods. Resistance to wear ring grooves, skirt and gudgeon pin hole is greatly increased. To ensure dimensional stability in service, all alloy piston castings are properly heat treated and aged.
